HOW DOES IT WORK?
Your physiotherapist will want to fully understand your situation to provide you with the most accurate diagnosis. They may enquire about your symptoms, pain occurrences, and any change in sensation you are experiencing.
This information gathering process involves asking numerous questions and your physio may also ask you to demonstrate movement.
Once the diagnosis is made, your personalised treatment plan will be created.
Treatments are typically a combination of sessions with your physiotherapist and prescribed exercises or movements for you to practice independently. As each condition and patient is unique, your physiotherapist will tailor the plan specifically to your needs and guide you through it.
You will have access to your plan at anytime through the patient portal.

OUR PHYSIOS
We are made up of a network of physiotherapists across the country, all of our members are degree educated, registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP) and the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and adhere to their standards of conduct.
Most of our team work for the NHS or private hospitals and make themselves available for a few hours a week for online consultation.
All of our physios are fully insured, can choose their own hours of work and manage their own caseloads. They are also specifically trained in online diagnosis so you can rest assured that you are always in the best hands.
